As part of the Jacks Hospitality Group — a Kingsville institution since 1989, formerly known as The Vintage Goose and Jacks Gastropub — The Goose offers seasonal dining and menus inspired by local Essex County farmers, fisheries, and artisans. Their menus are expertly paired with EPIC winery selections and local craft beers and spirits. Each season, the menus are reimagined to best reflect the offerings of local farmers and the inspiration of that season.
